RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal
information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide
and improve them. Information you submit is sent to Shopify and may be shared
with third parties in countries other than the UK. In these cases Shopify is
responsible for its own processing of your personal information, including
responding to requests about it. See Shopify's consumer privacy policy for
more information.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS
The Services may link to websites run by third parties. We are not
responsible for their privacy or security practices, and a link does not mean
we endorse them. Please read their policies before using them.
CHILDREN'S DATA
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information about children. If you are a parent or guardian
and believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us
and we will delete it.
SECURITY AND RETENTION
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your
personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely
secure. Please do not send us confidential information through unsecured
channels.
We keep your information only for as long as we need it: to maintain your
account, to provide the Services, to meet legal obligations (for example, we
keep order and accounting records for six years for tax purposes), or to
resolve disputes and enforce our policies.

- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted

- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing, including processing
based on our legitimate interests
- Object at any time to direct marketing; you can unsubscribe from emails
using the link in any marketing email
- Withdraw your consent where we rely on it, without affecting processing
carried out before you withdrew it
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need
to verify your identity first. We will respond within one month, as required
by law, and you will not be treated differently for exercising your rights.
COMPLAINTS
If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal information, please
contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to
complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data
protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some of our service providers, including Shopify, may store or process your
personal information outside the UK. Where we do this, we make sure it is
protected by relying on UK adequacy regulations or on approved safeguards
such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to
the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
COOKIES
We use essential cookies to run the store and remember your basket. With your
consent, we also use analytics and marketing cookies to understand how the
site is used and to show relevant advertising. You can change your choices at
any time through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
