SHIPPING POLICY

At Jurnetix we ship to customers across the United Kingdom. Below is
everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary
depending on your location and the size or weight of your order.

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding
weekends and UK bank holidays. During busy periods or promotions, processing
may take a little longer. We'll let you know if there is a delay.

3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. There are no hidden
delivery charges at checkout.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Processing time: 2–3 business days
Transit time: 4–9 business days
Total delivery time: 6–12 business days
Order cut-off time: 18:00
Time zone: UK time (London)

Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed from the next business
day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays,
customs processing or severe weather.

5. WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China.

6. TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves the
warehouse. It can take 24–48 hours before the first carrier scan appears.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to PO Box addresses or BFPO (British Forces) addresses. Some
items may be subject to restrictions under UK regulations or carrier rules.

8. FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or the package could
not be delivered, the order may be returned to us. We'll contact you to
arrange a new delivery, which may involve an additional shipping charge.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Your order is our responsibility until it has been delivered to you. If your
package is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at support@jurnetix.com
with your order number (and photos if the item is damaged). We'll investigate
with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels on different
days. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.

11. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this shipping policy from time to time. The most recent version
is always available on this page.
